Support groups are facilitated by adoption competent professionals and are held monthly. Support groups are designed for new and experienced adoptive parents. Topics are generated by parents and focus on developing specialized parenting skills. For a full list of support group locations and times, please see the detailed schedule below. This event repeats monthly on the first Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm and ends at 7:30 pm.
This group is designed for adopted youth between the ages of 13-17 who have finalized an adoption through Fresno County and reside in Fresno County. It is a psycho-educational support group that is guided by important adoption topics allowing youth to interact and learn from one another. The groups are offered at no cost and RSVP is required.
