Support groups are facilitated by adoption competent professionals and are held monthly. Support groups are designed for new and experienced adoptive parents. Topics are generated by parents and focus on developing specialized parenting skills. For a full list of support group locations and times, please see the detailed schedule below. Childcare and training hours are available.

Additionally, each month REACH highlights several community based trainings of interest to foster and adoptive parents. Adoptive Parent Support Group: Preparing for Spring Break

This group is designed for adoptive parents who have finalized an adoption through Fresno County and reside in Fresno County. The groups are guided by important adoption topics that allow for parents to interact with one another. The groups are offered at no cost and two training hours are provided.
